Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to ShipLine, including the workspace, website, and customer portal features used by shipping companies and their invited users.

1. Acceptance and contract structure

Unless another signed agreement says otherwise, the legal provider and contracting entity behind ShipLine is BNB STORE ELEKTRONİK SATIŞ HİZMETLERİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ. The legal documents on this website identify that entity for contractual and compliance purposes only and do not create a public support or correspondence address.

By accessing, requesting, signing in to, or using ShipLine, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and any commercial order form, quotation, statement of work, onboarding scope, or customer-specific agreement that applies to your organization.

If another signed agreement or order form conflicts with these Terms, that signed document controls for the conflicting issue.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be legally capable of entering into binding terms.
If you use ShipLine on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity or are using the service under authority granted by that entity.
The service is intended for business and operational use, not consumer household use.

3. The service

ShipLine provides software for shipping companies and related teams to manage operational workflows such as customers, vendors, products, purchases, receiving, cartons, shipments, documents, invoicing, finance visibility, notifications, reporting, and controlled customer portal access.

ShipLine is software only. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, ShipLine is not your freight carrier, customs broker, tax adviser, insurer, warehouse operator, regulated financial institution, or legal representative.

4. Accounts, credentials, and portal access

You must keep credentials confidential and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
Customer organizations control which users, roles, and portal contacts may access their workspace data.
You are responsible for all actions taken through your account or through portal credentials assigned by your organization, except to the extent caused by ShipLine's breach of these Terms.

5. Customer data and instructions

As between ShipLine and the customer organization, the customer organization owns or controls its business data, including customer, vendor, purchase, shipment, finance, document, and portal records uploaded into the service.

The customer grants ShipLine the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, back up, display, secure, and otherwise handle that data to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

6. Shipping, trade, finance, and compliance responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, completeness, and timeliness of all data entered into ShipLine.
You are responsible for shipment contents, customer records, vendor records, invoices, tax handling, sanctions screening, export-control compliance, dangerous-goods compliance, customs declarations, retention rules, and any local regulatory obligations connected to your operations.
You must review generated documents before use and must not rely on ShipLine as your sole compliance control.
If you activate customer portal access, you are responsible for the information you choose to expose to external users.

7. Acceptable use restrictions

Do not misuse the service, test it abusively, interfere with other users, bypass security controls, scrape data without authorization, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or deceptive content.
Do not use the service in a way that violates privacy, trade, consumer-protection, anti-bribery, sanctions, export-control, or other applicable laws.

8. Fees, billing, and commercial terms

Pricing shown on the website is informational unless expressly incorporated into an order form, quote, or accepted commercial offer.

Paid use, plan limits, invoicing rules, taxes, payment timing, and consequences of non-payment are governed by the applicable order form, commercial proposal, or invoice terms issued by ShipLine.

9. Third-party services

ShipLine may rely on third-party infrastructure, authentication, storage, messaging, or support tools. Your organization may also connect or import external services. ShipLine is not responsible for third-party products, networks, carriers, or integrations that it does not control.

10. Availability, support, and changes

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We aim to operate the service professionally, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability unless we separately commit to service levels in writing.

11. Confidentiality and privacy

Each party must protect the other party's non-public information using reasonable care and must use that information only for the relationship governed by these Terms and related agreements.

Privacy and data handling are further described in the Privacy Policy and any data-processing or security terms agreed with the customer organization.

12. Intellectual property

ShipLine and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the software, website, designs, content, workflow logic, and related intellectual property, excluding customer data.

Except for the limited rights expressly granted to use the service, no license or ownership rights are transferred to you.

13. Warranties disclaimer

Except to the extent required by non-waivable law or expressly stated in a signed agreement, ShipLine is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and results from use.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShipLine is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, expected savings, business interruption, loss of data, or loss arising from carrier actions, customs decisions, or customer misuse.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShipLine's aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees paid for the affected service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or if no fees were paid, a reasonable nominal amount permitted by law.

15. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ShipLine and its affiliates, personnel, and contractors from third-party claims arising out of your data, your shipment operations, your portal disclosures, your legal non-compliance, your misuse of the service, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by ShipLine's own breach.

16. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or limit access if required by law, for security reasons, for material breach, for non-payment under applicable commercial terms, or to prevent harm to the platform or others.
You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any minimum term or notice requirements in your commercial agreement.
Sections that should reasonably survive termination remain in effect, including payment, confidentiality, IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and dispute provisions.

17. Governing law, disputes, and updates

If your order form or signed agreement specifies governing law, venue, or dispute resolution, that language controls. Otherwise, disputes are governed by the law of the principal place of business of the ShipLine contracting entity, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version posted here applies from its stated effective date.

For enterprise customers, ShipLine may also require an order form, security addendum, implementation scope, or data-processing agreement tailored to the organization.
